We will study transcriptional re-programming of lymph-node derived dendritic and monocytic cells upon infection of goats with Peste des Petits Ruminants Virus (PPRV).
Samples are available from a collaboration project that aims to unravel the immune-cell tropism of PPRV (Artur Summerfield - IVI, Arnaud Bataille - CIRAD).
