The project will encompass enrichment of mononuclear phagocytes from blood and lymph nodes of dogs for scRNA-seq. Apart from creating a canine immune-cell atlas, the overall aim of this Vetsuisse-funded project is to establish bioinformatic pipelines for deconvolution of bulk RNA-seq datasets generated in clinical research and diagnostics.
