In this project we are looking at the single-cell transcriptome of equine blood dendritic cells (DC), with a focus on the heterogeneity of classical DC type 2 (cDC2) and their delineation from monocytes (collaboration with Eliane Marti, DNS, Vetsuisse Bern).
